Village of Palmetto Bay Declares State of Emergency

Consistent with Miami-Dade County's declared State of Emergency, Interim Village Manager Greg Truitt and Mayor Karyn Cunningham declared a State of Emergency effective March 13, 2020.

The declaration, which is valid for 7 days, was extended for the first time on Friday, March 20th and has been extended each week thereafter. The order ensures all necessary resources will be available if needed to respond to COVID-19 emergencies, including the purchase of necessary supplies.  The Village has also issued several Emergency Orders pertaining to Village operations in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Copies of the orders are provided below.
