Notice is hereby given that the Village of Palmetto Bay shall be conducting a Special Council Meeting/Second Budget Hearing meeting regarding the 2019-2020 Operating and Capital Budget on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. (preceding the Zoning Hearing). The meeting shall be held in Village Hall Municipal Center, Council Chambers, 9705 East Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. 

The following Ordinances on Second Reading requiring a public hearing shall be heard:

  • AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PALMETTO BAY, OF MIAMI-DADE FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATE OF 2.2387 FOR THE VILLAGE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2019, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2020, PURSUANT TO SECTION 200.065, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR NOTICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. the Village of Palmetto Bay shall conduct a Regular Council Meeting/Public Hearing (awards, presentations, and recognition shall occur at approximately 6:30 p.m.) at Village Hall Municipal Center, Council Chambers located at 9705 East Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, FL. Discussion and public input will be welcomed concerning several items which may be of interest to your immediate neighborhood.
