NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Palmetto Bay shall conduct a Zoning Public Hearing on Monday, October 28, 2019, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at Village Hall, 9705 East Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, FL.  Discussion and public input will be welcomed concerning the followings item that may be of interest to your immediate neighborhood.

Item 1:           Pursuant to Section 30-10.5 of the Village’s Code of Ordinances, the Village of Palmetto Bay proposes to adopt the following Ordinance on Second Reading:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PALMETTO BAY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING ZONING MAP, REFERRED TO IN SECTION 30.10.5, TO CHANGE FROM “AGRICULTURAL” (“AG”) TO “SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL” (“R-1”) (ONE UNIT PER 7,500 NET SQ. FEET); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (Sponsored by Administration) (Passed on First Reading on September 23, 2019)
