Run, Walk, Stroll 2k for CP

For the third year in a row, Palmetto Bay will be kicking off National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month by hosting a Run, Walk, Stroll 2K for Cerebral Palsy Awareness. The event was held at Coral Reef Park on Saturday, February 25th. District 1 Councilwoman Karyn Cunningham walked the event with her nephew, Cameron, who has CP. All registrants received a finisher’s medal, t-shirt and gift bag. The fun continued after the run at the with a movie night showing of The Life of Pets, face painting, kid friendly activities and food trucks! Click here to see the Community Newspaper story or here to see photos and videos from the event.
