NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The Village of Palmetto Bay shall be holding a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting shall be to consider the following Resolution:

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PALMETTO BAY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE FUTURE VILLAGE HALL; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE FIRST ADDENDUM TO DESIGN/BUILD AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The meeting shall be held at the Edward and Arlene Feller Community Room at Ludovici Park, 17641 Old Cutler Road, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. Any meeting may be opened and continued and, under such circumstances, additional legal notice would not be provided. Any person may contact the Village Hall at (305) 259-1234 for information.
