MISSING DOG -- FOUND! MAR 27, 2012 - After disapperaing yesterday morning in the area of SW 98 Ave and 182 St., 75 lb. pound "Ruger" was found -- in good health and good spirits. Here's the response directly from the dog's owner: Just opened Steve K's response via e-mail: "Thanks to the [Village Facebook and website], from Lori B., and some personal contacts combined, Ruger has been caught near 87th and 178 Terr., and is back home. I don't know where he's been, or how he got out, but he sure smells bad... and is at least home again and before dark... Thank you one and all for your assistance. Watching out for your neighbors works!"
MISSING CAT: MAR 11, 2012 - Tatiana, a female cat missing since March 11. She is deaf, very sweet, but afraid of people. Last seen between 152 St. and 89 Ave. Green eyes; fur color is brown, yellow, and black -- with white socks. She may still be wearing her bell and green collar. She is spayed and has a microchip. Call 305-496-4768. REWARD $500 to the person who helps us find Tatiana (alive). Two kids are very very sad and miss her dearly.

LOST CAT: DEC 10, 2011 - “Snow" is a short haired, white with brown/ grey markings both stripes and circles, Blue eyes cat, 11 - 13lbs. Last seen in Flamingo Gardens, Palmetto Bay, Thursday afternoon (12/08). Family and other cats miss him dearly. He is currently on antibiotics for a UTI infection! Please call (786) 376–5819.

DOG RESCUE: AUG 29 - The owner of an abandoned property is threatening to call Animal Services tomorrow (Aug. 30) to retrieve two American Bulldogs left behind by the former tenants.
