Biography
Paul Neidhart is the Councilmember for District 2 of the Village, which includes
the area north of SW 168 Street to SW 152 Street.
He and his wife have been residents of Palmetto Bay for
37 years and own Curbside Florist, a family-operated
florist shop since 1968, managed by Mr. Neidhart’s
son, Paul Neidhart, Jr. (P.J.).
Coucilmember Neidhart is active
in many civic organizations, such as the Perrine-Cutler
Ridge Council, Trustee of Chamber South, Deering
Estate Foundation, and Rotary. He enjoys spending time
maintaining his beautifully landscaped yard and relaxing
with friends and family in his famous backyard Chickee
Hut.
Accomplishments
Councilmember Neidhart is enjoying his second term in office. Since his election to the Village's inaugural Council and his re-election, Councilmember Neidhart has been at the forefront of many successul Village projects, emphasizing on public works initiatives and most recently, public safety. Councilmember Neidhart is also a strong supporter of park projects that further the goals of the "Village of Parks."
