Biography
Howard J. Tendrich is the Councilmember for District 2 of the Village, which includes
the area north of SW 168 Street to SW 152 Street.
His clothing store, Heritage House, recently celebrated its fortieth anniversary. He and his wife, Marilyn Seitlin Tendrich, have lived in Palmetto Bay since 1972. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Accomplishments
Councilman Tendrich was unopposed in the election of 2008 and was sworn into office on December 1, 2008. As a native Miamian, he is a graduate of Miami Senior High and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He has been active in the Zoological Society of Florida, the Trust for Public Land, and the Deering Estate Foundation.
