The Village of Palmetto Bay

Most regular Council meetings are held at the Deering Estate Visitor's Center, 16701 SW 72 Avenue, unless otherwise noted. Members of the Village Council may occasionally meet with staff to discuss items specifically listed on the notice. These meetings are subject to change. Please confirm the meeting with the Village Clerk at 305-259-1234.

The Council often meets for Committee of the Whole workshops. These meetings are normally held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. Please check the website for confirmation. These workshops are usually held at the Edward and Arlene Feller Community Room at Ludovici Park, 17641 Old Cutler Road, Second Floor, Palmetto Bay. The Village of Palmetto Bay provides notice that members of the Village Council may be present at any or all of the following monthly community meetings. Members may speak on matters that may be considered at this or future meetings.

More than one member of the Village of Palmetto Bay Council and/or members of the Palmetto Bay Advisory Committees may be present, discussing a variety of items. Any meeting may be opened and continued and, under such circumstances, additional legal notice would not be provided. Any person may contact the Village Hall at (305) 259-1234 for information and a copy of the Agenda.

The Mayor and Village Council of the Village of Palmetto Bay announce the 2010 schedule for the Village of Palmetto Bay Council meetings and for land development permit hearings. These hearings are scheduled to be held at the EDC Building, 900 Perrine Ave., Palmetto Bay, at 2 pm. Please contact Village Hall at 305-259-1260 prior to the date of the hearing as items can be canceled or deferred.
