Committee Meetings

Schedule for 2008

The Mayor and Village Council of the Village of Palmetto Bay announce the 2008 schedule for the Village of Palmetto Bay Council meetings and for land development permit hearings. Any meeting may be canceled or continued - please contact the Village Clerk's office at 305-259-1234 to confirm the meeting.

The regular meetings of the Village Council shall be held at the Visitor’s Center of the Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72 Avenue, Palmetto Bay at 7:00 p.m. on:

The Council shall hold hearings on applications for land development permits, if necessary, at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

These land development hearings are tentatively scheduled to be held at Southwood Middle School, 16301 S.W. 80 Avenue, Palmetto Bay.

The Council often meets for Committee of the Whole workshops. These meetings are normally held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. Please check the website for confirmation. These workshops are usually held at the Chamber South/Economic Development Council Building, 900 Perrine Avenue, Palmetto Bay. These meetings do not include public comment. Special Master Hearings

These hearings are scheduled to be held at the Chamber South/Economic Development Council Building, 900 Perrine Avenue, Palmetto Bay. Please contact Village Hall at 305-259-1260 prior to the date of the hearing as items can be canceled or deferred.
