Village of Parks Offers Various Facility Rentals
Palmetto Bay rents facilities at Coral Reef Park, Palmetto Bay Park, Ludovici Park, and Thalatta Estate to residents and non-residents for special events such as birthdays, baby showers, weddings, fundraisers, and company picnics.
- Palmetto Bay Park offers an air-conditioned recreation room and two shelters.
- Coral Reef Park offers four separate areas that can be rented for private parties, meetings or special events.
- Thalatta Estate is one of South-Dade's best new wedding venues -- and boasts its own dedicated website.
- Ludovici Park features a modern amphitheater, a gazebo, and a community room with views of Biscayne Bay.
