Department of Building & Capital Projects - Methods of Payment

The Department of Building & Capital Projects accepts the following methods of payment:

• Personal Checks
• Money Orders
• *Visa
• *Mastercard
• *American Express

*If you prefer to pay for Building Department charges (re-inspection fees only, please) by credit card over the phone, please be advised that there will be a $3 convenience fee charged for this service.

The following information will be obtained from you if paying with a credit card over the phone.

• Card number
• V-code (three digit number on back of card in the signature area
• Expiration date MM/YY
• Billing street address, including zip code
• Name as shown on the credit card
• Contact telephone number
• Contact fax number

Alternatively, you may print out and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and send it via e-mail to the Permit Clerk (the $3 fee will apply.)
