The Village of Palmetto Bay is currently seeking qualified vendors to respond to the following item (click on the item for full information):

• The Village of Palmetto Bay is currently soliciting proposal packages for auditing services: Request for Proposals - FIN 08-01: for the performance of an examination of its financial statements. Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Clerk, 8950 SW 152 Street Bay, FL 33157, no later than 10:00 a.m. on or before Monday, June 2, 2008 , at which time they will be publicly opened and announced. To be considered, all interested parties must request a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit ten copies of the required information and documents in one (1) sealed envelope, entitled “RFP-FIN 08-001 – AUDIT SERVICES”. Late submittals and facsimile submissions will not be considered. The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the RFP. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to terminate the process at any time (and recommence it at a later time from the beginning), to waive any informalities or irregularities in any submittal, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village. Sealed proposals will be received by the Village Clerk, 8950 SW 152 nd Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157, on or before Thursday, June 12, 2008, no later than 3:00 pm, at which time they will be publicly opened and announced. To be considered, all interested parties must request a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) and submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of the required information and documents in one (1) sealed envelope, entitled “RFP #FIN 08-02: VILLAGE OF PALMETTO BAY INFORMATION SYSTEMS.” Late submittals and facsimile submissions will not be considered. The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the RFQ.
