Patrick Fiore moved to Florida in 1990, originally from the Philadelphia area and born in Scranton, Pa. Mr. Fiore had a 22 year career with the State of Florida, in various managerial/administrative positions before retiring in 2012. He has since worked for Camillus House, finding employment for homeless veterans, and families. He was also employed by a subcontractor for the Department of Homeland Security, transporting refugee children to sponsors all over the US. Moving to Palmetto Bay in 2007, he successfully ran for the District 1 seat in 2010, and served 4 years, from 2010 to 2014. In 2018, Mr. Fiore again sought elective office, by successfully returning to the same D 1 seat, he originally won in 2010. Patrick has been married to his wife Judith, a former school teacher, for 26 years. They have two children, Alixandria Fiore Pfeiffer, who will be receiving her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2019, and Gian Carlo Fiore, who is currently studying to become a first responder.
