Coronavirus Mortgage/ Rent Relief
The Florida House Finance Corporation received $120 million under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to assist Floridians who have been struggling to pay housing expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Revolving Loan Fund for COVID-Impacted Businesses
The South Florida Regional Planning Council is offering loans to assist small businesses in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Palm Beach and Broward Counties as part of the CARES Act. Loans are available from $25,000 to $500,000 with a fixed interest rate ranging from 3% to 4% for up to 10 years. Please click the links below for more information.
RISE Loan for Small Businesses
Was your business impacted by COVID-19? The CARES Act wants to help you with a RISE loan. The Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners has approved $25 million for the RISE Miami-Dade Fund to help small businesses in the County that were impacted by COVID-19.
RISE, which is an acronym for Re-Investing in our Small Business Economy, has been created by drawing on flexible funds provided to local governments through the federal CARES Act.
Application deadline is December 20, 2020.
