Register Your New Alarm System or Renew Your Existing Alarm Online

All burglar alarm systems operating within village limits must be registered by the user with the Village of Palmetto Bay, Finance Department.  New registrations and renewals may be done online from the comfort of your home.  See below for online options.

FIRST TIME REGISTRANTS FOR NEW ALARM SYSTEMS


If you recently purchased a new home or business in Palmetto Bay OR a new alarm system for your home or business, you must register your alarm system.  This may done online:

RENEWAL REGISTRATIONS FOR EXISTING ALARM SYSTEMS



Once your burglar alarm system is registered, you must renew the registration annually to ensure that the information on file is current. Renewals may also be registered online.

The Village sends out renewal notices each year based on the alarm registration date. Please make sure to complete your renewal before the expiration date posted on the notice to avoid paying a registration fee.
