Coral Reef Park

Coral Reef Park offers four separate picnic areas and an air conditioned recreation room next to the popular playground. All areas can be rented for private parties, meetings or special events.

Ludovici Park and the Edward & Arlene Feller Community Room

Ludovici Park is home to the Edward and Arlene Feller Community Room and the Palmetto Bay Branch Library, which is part of the Miami-Dade County Library System. The park features an amphitheater and a gazebo in a quaint passive park setting, both available for rent.

Also available for special events and community meetings is the Edward and Arlene Feller Community Room with a wrap around balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Perrine Community House

The Perrine Community House is located on the center "island" between the northbound and southbound US 1.  The building was constructed in 1935, and it's made of Miami oolitic limestone.  The village has renovated the facility for the community to use.  The Perrine House hosts many different events, including art exhibits, community meetings and public events.  For more information, please call us at 305-234-6383.
