Bulky Waste Pickup
Miami Dade County Solid Waste Department offers bulky waste pick up services for Palmetto Bay residents. The county has an online scheduling system that allows you to pick the pick-up date at your convenience. Each household is entitled to 2 bulky waste pickups per year of up to 25 cubic yards each. Alternatively, you may combine the 2 pick ups into a single one if your waste exceeds 25 cubic feet. However, that means that you would exhaust your next available pickup.
Besides the bulky trash pick-up services offered by the Miami Dade County Solid Waste Department, the division also manages 13 Neighborhood Trash and Recycling Centers. Landscape clippings, old appliances, vehicle tires, fence and construction debris, and more.
