Flood Zone Designations

The Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) are used to determine the flood designation zone for your property. Please take the time to identify your property on the flood maps to determine in which flood designation zone your property lies.

See digital copies of the FEMA Flood Zone map for Palmetto Bay.

Following are definitions of each flood-zone designation in our area. Please note, the number adjacent to the symbol indicates the Base Flood Elevation for the respective zone. If you require assistance determining whether a particular property is in the floodplain, please call 305-259-1292.
