Miami-Dade County Animal Services

The Village of Palmetto Bay does not operate its own Animal Services program. Instead we rely on the professionals at the County level. Please visit Miami-Dade Animal Services for  important pet and animal information:
  • Adopt a Pet
  • License & Tag Look up
  • Pet Safety & Disaster Preparedness
  • Spay & Neuter
  • Vaccinations and More!

Lost & Found

If you have lost your family pet or you recently found a stray, you can go to Miami-Dade Lost and Found Pets, where you can also post your pet on Finding Rover, a free mobile app that helps pet owners find their lost dogs in real-time using facial recognition technology.

In addition to Animal Services, you can also visit "Miami Dade Lost Pets" which is a free service offered by Palmetto Bay resident Mike Muni where you can easily look for found animals or post information about lost animals, in real time.  His free service was recognized by a Proclamation issued by the Palmetto Bay Council.  Please go to the "Visit Lost & Found" button below to access the page:
