Applicants will receive a confirmation email with any other relevant information or steps to follow.  Completed applications and addenda are to be dropped off at the dropbox located at the main entrance to Village Hall.  Drop off times are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, excluding holidays.  If you need to meet in person with our Planning and Zoning staff, please scroll down to make an online appointment.

Making an Online Appointment

Starting Monday, March 1, 2021, the Palmetto Bay Village Hall will open to the public following an appointment system to ensure that no single department or the Village Hall building exceed the capacity limitations under the coronavirus guidelines. The appointment system makes it possible to properly implement social distancing and other safety measures for our patrons and our employees.

The appointment module shows all available dates and times for your convenience. Once the appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation via text or email, depending on the contact information that you provide or that is required. Registration is not required to use the service.

Please understand that for your own safety, we cannot accept walk-ins. Furthermore, when visiting Village Hall with an appointment, you will be required to have your temperature checked at the door and to wear a mask or facial covering at all times.

Public Records Disclosure: Florida has very broad public records laws. Most written communications to or from local officials regarding official business are public records available to the public and media upon request.
