...The Addams Family! A big thank you goes out to everyone who voted for their Halloween favorite flick. The movie will be shown on Halloween Night as part of our family bash that will take place at Coral Reef Park.
This year, the Village of Palmetto Bay will host a safe and fun alternative to trick-or-treating in the streets by offering a frighteningly unique and fabulous Halloween Trunk-or-Treat & Movie Night.
So get your scary costume and crazy wig on, as community partners, Village sports and recreation providers, and Benefit Car Show participants, hand out tons of candy and other goodies for trick-or-treaters. There will also be a campfire pit so, don’t forget to bring your s’mores and remember to wear your best costume to enter a raffle to win movie tickets!
Parking is available at Coral Reef Park’s main lot on SW 152nd street (close to the building, tennis courts and playground), Coral Reef Elementary and also at Holy Rosary St. Richard Catholic Church (7500 SW 152nd St.) located in the intersection of SW 152nd Street & SW 77th Ave.
Show off your Halloween car-trunk-decorating skills and win! To participate in the “Trunk-or-Treat” Car Show contest, bring 6 to 9 sealed bags of candy to the event and a decorated car trunk. You must also pre-register online at www.benefitcarshows.com. Space is limited so register early.

We are taking this opportunity to collect toys for the Sugar 4 Kids Toy Drive, an event hosted by Peterson's Harley Davidson that will take place on December 9th at West Perrine Park. Bring your new and unwrapped toy to the Peterson's Harley-Davidson tent or donate $10 and be part of a police-escorted caravan from Peterson's Harley Davidson to West Perrine Park. They will also be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a brand new Harley Davidson Bike.
