Yoga by the Bay

Relax with Yoga by the Bay!


Offered at the beautiful Thalatta Estate Park.  This gentle Yoga program will explore a variety of breathing, energizing, restorative, meditation and relaxation practices.  Ages 15 and up welcome.  All LEVELS.  Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Effective July 2020, there will be a $5 fee (per person to participate in Yoga by the Bay) 

Change & Restrictions 


  • Online registration is required. Walk-ups will not be accepted, as space is limited. 
  • Patron may only register for one session per month. Please review flyer below for upcoming dates/times
  • No refunds or transfers.
  • Only those pre-registered will be permitted to take the Yoga class. 

Guidelines



  • Classes are limited to 9 participants only per session.
  • Yoga mats will be 10 feet apart.
  • Each participant must have their own yoga mat, props, and water bottle as water fountains will not be accessible; No yoga mats or props will be provided. 
  • Face mask will be required at check-in.
Please REGISTER for any upcoming sessions that you wish to participate in. We kindly ask that you please only register if you're 100% sure that you're committed to attend the session, as class size is very limited. 

Please don't forget to bring your face mask for check-in, yoga mat, towel, water and comfortable clothes. Registered participants will report to the back of the Thalatta Estate house where you will then be checked in as you approach the walkway leading towards the bay. Parking is FREE at Thalatta Estate.
