Palmetto Bay is kicking off the holiday season in December with its first annual Holiday Lights & Dine event. But that was not it for us! Our holiday celebrations continue with the annual Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 16th from 5 pm to 9 pm.
Holiday Celebration was formerly known as Holiday by the Bay, a name fit for an event that was celebrated at Ludovici Park, adjacent to Biscayne Bay. This year, the event has moved to Village Hall due to insufficient parking at the park location.
As in years past, the event will be marked by fun holiday activities, good food and awesome fun! Everyone will be treated to a cheery blend of student performances, carnival foods, arts & crafts, carnival rides and inflatables, a faux snowstorm, a car show, pictures with Santa and other special character appearances and surprises! Food and holiday craft vendors will add to the already awesome event with their delicious treats and unique merchandise.
Although the location has changed, your Parks and Recreation Department has put together an event that will be as fun and enjoyable as always.
Please bring an unwrapped toy to benefit "Toys for Tots".
