The Village of Palmetto Bay invites High School students residing in Palmetto Bay to be part of the 2019 Student Photography Contest! The winning photograph will be selected for the front cover of the Village of Parks Play-by-Play Recreation Guide winter edition that's mailed to over 10,000 residents. We encourage students to capture the positive life in Palmetto Bay while depicting the annual Florida Recreation & Parks Association "It Starts in Parks" initiative. This year's theme is: "Community".
