The Park View at Palmetto Bay project has officially broken ground. The owner, Atlantic Residential contracted Verdex Construction to develop the site. At this point, the construction fence has been installed along the perimeter of the project and the underground work is currently in progress. As the project moves forward, Verdex Construction will provide regular updates so that we may keep our residents informed on the progress of the project. Additionally, any road closure information will also be disseminated as soon as received.
According to a letter that Verdex Construction recently emailed to area residents, construction work will take place Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 6 pm, and an occasional Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm. Construction activities are required to be in compliance with the Village's noise ordinance.
