The Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works is hosting two #MiamiSMARTPlan interactive workshops for the South Corridor Rapid Transit Project, and tonight is the 2nd of the two workshops at Southland Mall.

Wednesday, October 25

The workshops will follow an open-house format to allow participants to arrive at any time between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. No formal presentation will be given. It will take approximately 15-30 minutes to visit eight information stations at the workshop. DTPW representatives will be available to informally discuss the project and answer questions. The same information will be shared at each workshop.

The South Corridor is being studied as a part of the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) Plan, which identified the development of six rapid transit corridors that will directly support the mobility of our future population and employment growth.
