Stretch & Relax Class for Active Adults (55+)

The Village of Palmetto Bay in partnership with Baptist Health is offering Stretch and Relax classes every Monday at Palmetto Bay Park Recreation Room*.

The chair exercise classes are free and ideal for active adults 55+.

Limited spots available. Register on-site.

*Classes will move to Perrine Community House (900 Perrine Ave) in the summer months, from June to August.
