Councilmember Cunningham at Mayor Flinn attended the Youth Advisory Council's first meeting Oct. 26 as Council Liaisons at which Charles Noguera was elected Chair and Katie Signori was elected Secretary/Recorder. "This group is off to a great start and is filled with exciting new ideas on how to engage our community's youth in government and local events," the Councilwoman reported.
