The Park View at Palmetto Bay project officially broke ground this past December. Construction continues to move forward with the contractor, Verdex Construction, having poured 75% of the foundation for the building footprint. The contractor has also begun the vertical construction on the Southwest portion of the property with the first elevated deck poured for residential units. The precast garage footers are being prepared for the construction of the building garage in March.
