Mayor Cunningham issues a proclamation in recognition of Education & Sharing Day. The day was established in 1978 by the US Congress in honor of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson to bring awareness and focus to education and the lifelong efforts of the Rebbe for education.
