The Miami-Dade County Water & Sewer Department (WASD) has begun the resurfacing of various areas throughout Palmetto Bay as part of their Pavement Restoration Project. A total of four areas will be restored within the Village of Palmetto Bay and the work is expected to be completed within 12 to 15 days.  The project locations are listed below:

1. SW 73^rd Avenue between SW 136^th Street and SW 140^th Terrace
2. SW 144^th Terrace and SW 74^th Avenue
3. SW 88^th Place and SW 181 Terrace
4. SW 169^th Terrace and SW 91^st Avenue

The County’s contractor, Quality Paving Corp. is currently onsite at the first location, which is SW 73^rd Avenue South of SW 136^th Street. Please use caution when driving around these areas.
