The Planning & Zoning Division is recommending certain changes to the existing zoning code for the area around Old Cutler Road and SW 168th Street. The changes are intended to allow uses that promote the quiet, small-town atmosphere that residents desire. On Saturday, August 20, 2022, the Village held an interactive public workshop with residents to discuss the changes. During the workshop, residents had the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas as the are develops in the future.
