Turkey Point Nuclear Plant will conduct a regularly scheduled quarterly test of its warning siren on Friday, Sept. 2, at approximately 1 p.m. The test will last roughly 20 minutes and is a required part of the emergency management alert and notification system. In the event of a real incident, residents would be informed through local media outlets. If necessary, callers may reach the Miami-Dade Contact Center by dialing 311 or 305-468-5900.
