Palmetto Bay has joined an elite group as we’ve now been added to Zillow’s list of “Millionaire Cities” in South Florida, meaning the average home in those cities is worth at least $1 million.
“It just confirms what the people in Palmetto Bay already know,” Mayor Karyn Cunningham said. “It’s a great place to live, work, and play.”
Only 17 municipalities in South Florida are classified as “Millionaire Cities,” which is more than half of the state of Florida’s total of 32.
“Preserving the quality of life in Palmetto Bay is our top priority,” Village Manager Nick Marano said. “The beautiful homes here are surrounded by well-maintained streets, public green spaces, and lots of amenities. All of that contributes to the high standard of living that residents enjoy.”
Congratulations to our Council, administration, and residents for teaming up and working hard to keep the Village so lovely and well cared for! Living in such a safe and thriving community is a testament to how much we all love Palmetto Bay!
