Village of Palmetto Bay
On Thursday, October 31, 2024, a hearing was held in the Luxcom v. Palmetto Bay lawsuit, and the hearing was continued to Monday, November 4.
The issue before the Court was to hear Luxcom’s Motion to Compel Further Discovery and for Sanctions. The two hearings consumed over five (5) hours of argument. The Court did not rule on the Motion, and I will advise as to when the next hearing is scheduled, which should result in a ruling on Luxcom’s Motion.
