Hybrid-Council-Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to continue the discussion of the Settlement Agreement between 17777 Old Cutler Road, LLC a Georgia Limited Liability Company, and the Village of Palmetto Bay, regarding the development of the property located at 17777 Old Cutler Road. This discussion was deferred from the Regular Council Meeting of June 2, 2025.
