Starting January 5, 2026, the Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will install a Groundwater Monitoring Well near Bill Sadowski Park, in the area of SW 77th Avenue and 175th Street. Construction is expected to be completed within 6 weeks.
🚧Typical work hours are 8 am to 4 pm, M-F.
📧Weekend work may occur as needed. Residents will receive advance notification from the county.
🏠All efforts are being made to minimize impacts to area residents.
👷🏻♂️Restoration activities will take place upon the project’s completion and will address areas impacted by the construction.
