Phase 2 of the Franjo Rd. reconstruction project is tentatively set to begin on July 10th, 2019. It will include the closure of Franjo Rd. from SW 180th St to US 1 for a period of 100 days or until October 16, 2019
Unlike phase 1 - NO BUSINESSES WILL BE AFFECTED IN TERMS OF ACCESS
During this time, the following will occur:
- Set up Erosion Control
- Clearing & Grubbing
- Water & Sewer Installation
- Drainage Installation
- Undergrounding of Existing Overhead Utilities
- Lighting & Irrigation
- Roadway Subgrade Preparation
- Concrete Curbs
- Roadway Base Construction
- 1st Lift of Asphalt
- Concrete & Paver Sidewalk
- Landscaping
