[ARCHIVED] Our First Recycling Drive-Thru Event

Earth-Day-2022--Recycling-Drive-Thru

This year, for the first time ever, the Village of Palmetto Bay is holding a Recycling Drive-thru Event, as part of our Earth Month celebration in April.

Besides the many fun activities planned for the month in an effort to bring awareness to environmental conservation, Palmetto Bay has also organized a donation and recycling event where you can drop off your gently used clothing to benefit Kristi House, a Palmetto Bay nonprofit dedicated to eradicating child abuse and child sex trafficking, recycle your old electronics and household hazardous waste, and shred any sensitive documents safely and securely.

Simply head to Village Hall and enter the parking area where donation and recycling areas will be set up at various locations within the Village Hall parking lot. You can review the location map and drive-thru route online.

  • WHEN: Saturday, April 30, 2022
  • TIME: 10 am to 1 pm
  • LOCATION: Village Hall Parking Lot, 9705 E. Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157

Please note that this event is open to all Palmetto Bay Residents and Businesses and be prepared to show proof of residency with your driver's license.

For more information, please visit our website or contact our Resilience Coordinator, Andrea Candelaria via email or by calling 305-259-1238.
