Miami-Dade County’s Better Bus Network (BBN) launches in just under two weeks, on Monday, November 13, 2023. BBN is the first major realignment of the County’s Metrobus system in almost 40 years, and the redesigned network will provide more frequent and faster trips to more parts of the county – increasing transit access to jobs, healthcare, and quality of life. Riders across the system will see changes to route numbers, lines, and schedules in ways that impact their journeys.
To help ensure that Metrobus passengers are ready to ride on day one, the County is hosting a series of public information sessions focused on distinct geographic areas over the next week and a half. In each of these sessions, they will explain the features of BBN, zoom in on benefits and impacts to specific neighborhoods, and give ample opportunity for community members to ask questions about BBN.
