For fiscal year 2024-25, Mayor and Council approved an annual budget that includes funding to make various improvements at Palmetto Bay Park. For starters, Mayor and Council allocated $450,000 to renovate the popular skatepark. Additionally, the Council approved additional funding in the amount of $400,000 for a total project allocation of $1.6 million to build a new Pickleball Complex.
