Posted on: May 15, 2020[ARCHIVED] Miami-Dade County Releases Proposed Guide to Reopening

Miami Dade County has issued the “New Normal Guide for Residents and Commercial Establishments” providing guidelines for the reopening of non-essential businesses throughout Miami-Dade County as of Monday, May 18, 2020. The guide has been released in draft form to allow businesses time to prepare for the re-opening. New guidelines allow for non-essential businesses to open with stringent capacity and safety rules in place.
Appendixes to the guide are included below to assist businesses with the implementation of new rules that apply to their respective business type such as, retail, restaurants or grooming establishments:
Village of Palmetto Bay Code Enforcement Officers and the Policing Unit Officers will be monitoring all businesses in the Village to assist and enforce compliance with the rules set forth in the county guide.
