Robert Spikowski of Dover, Kohl & Partners announced three upcoming public workshops for the SMART plan implementation during last night's Special Council Meeting. The charrettes have been organized in an effort to develop land use scenarios that support the South Dade corridor, which is part of the SMART plan. Three public workshops have been scheduled in South Dade during the month of December to gather public input.
- Saturday, December 2, 2017- Town of Cutler Bay Town Hall (10720 Caribbean Blvd., Cutler Bay, FL 33189)
- Wednesday, December 6, 2017- Evelyn Greer Park Meeting Room (8200 SW 124th Street, Pinecrest, FL 33156)
- Thursday, December 14, 2017- Florida City Youth Activity Center (650 NW 5th Avenue)
