To receive the one-time reimbursement assistance for the pet adoption fees, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
Applications and support documents will be reviewed by staff upon submission. Once the documentation has been approved and the waiting period has been satisfied, a reimbursement check will be mailed to the address provided on the online application.
Please note that one application is required for each pet adopted from Miami-Dade County Animal Services.

Please upload a utility bill, warranty deed, lease agreement OR other document clearly showing your full name and your Palmetto Bay address. If your driver's license has your Palmetto Bay address, please reupload in this section as proof of residency.
Please upload the receipt provided by the Miami-Dade County Animal Services showing your name and the adoption fees collected. A bill dated earlier than July 7, 2025 will not be accepted.
Please upload your Adoption Agreement provided by Miami-Dade County Animal Services.
