   Use this form to submit your comments to the members of the Village Council concerning any Village business, including specific items on a Council meeting Agenda.  A link to the online agenda center is provided above.

   Please note that forms received prior to 5 pm the day of the Council meeting will be read aloud by the Village Clerk for 1 minute during the meeting.  Forms received after said deadline will be made part of the record but will not be read.

   ONLINE FORM DISCLAIMER:  Comments provided on this form that contain explicit or foul language, or comments that attack or insult the integrity of another person will be made part of the public record but will not be read aloud during a public meeting.  

   ZONING HEARING DISCLAIMER:  Please be advised that comments by form are not available for items which are quasi-judicial in nature.  Accordingly, the Village Council will not be able to consider any online comments submitted on this online form for quasi-judicial items.  To the extent that you wish to provide testimony for a quasi-judicial item, you will need to be present during the hearing, and your testimony will need to be provided under oath in accordance with the Village Code and prevailing Florida law.
