Report any concern or make a service request from anywhere using your mobile device with the Street by Street app, Palmetto Bay's citizen request management solution powered by GoGov. 

The Street by Street app simplifies the service request process, allowing residents to easily report and track an issue and communicate with staff.  In the app, residents find:

•    Links to the website
•    A tool for reporting hazards & registering complaints- such as potholes, a broken sidewalk, etc...
•    News & updates
•    Ongoing events
•    And more...

The Street by Street app is available for download on App Store and Google Play.   Once downloaded, click  "Start Request" and you're done!  Sign-in to check the progress of your request and ask any questions of a Village staff member.
