Welcome to the Human Resources & Communications Department, responsible for the administration of all Human Resources functions and all Village Communication functions.  Additionally, grant writing and administration also reside within this department.  Below is a listing of the department's main areas of responsibility.  Click on the side menu links for more information.

Main Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Functions as an administrative and advisory department concerning matters related to personnel
  • Recruitment and retention of qualified employees
  • Administration of compensation and benefits, training and professional development
  • Compliance with regulatory laws relative to labor compliance
  • Implementation and management of Village communications functions, including printed & electronic communications, social media and the Village website.
  • Research, development and management of Village grants.
