Functions as an administrative and advisory department concerning matters related to personnel
Recruitment and retention of qualified employees
Administration of compensation and benefits, training and professional development
Compliance with regulatory laws relative to labor compliance
Implementation and management of Village communications functions, including printed & electronic communications, social media and the Village website.
Research, development and management of Village grants.
